Lee Mok’s work reflects on how personal memories and emotions accumulate over time through images where the sea and the cosmos converge. Waves and galaxies are formed by layering colored pencil, pen, and petroleum jelly over watercolor backgrounds, allowing forms to seep into one another and overlap, dissolving clear boundaries. Rather than depicting nature itself, these scenes resemble inner landscapes shaped by the flow of emotion and memory.
