Artist Park Seongah’s work traces the subtle traces that remain within the mind. Inner experiences such as love, memory, chance, wounds, and choice are not explained through a clear narrative, but are carefully given form through the expressions and postures of figures, as well as flowers, butterflies, and organic textures. The figures in her works seem to quietly look inward rather than speak outwardly, while the botanical imagery and decorative elements around them gently reveal the way emotions linger, spread, and eventually fade.
Throughout her work, Park creates both inner tension and peace through dark tones, soft light, dimensional textures, and delicate detail.
